We develop an ongoing relationship and the strength of this relationship is crucial in the event of a claim. Our interests lie with you, the customer and not the Insurance Company. Our experienced staff are on hand to provide advice and guidance on all types of claims. In addition, for personal and smaller claims, many insurance companies provide a 24hr claims helpline which enables you to report the claim over the phone without the hassle of any forms to fill in. In the event of a larger or a more complex claim your Account Executive will call out to see you. They will be able to guide you through the process of reporting the claim, advise you on dealing with loss adjusters and be present when they assess the claim if required.

Our excellent knowledge of your business and Insurance needs means we can also advise you on the longer term impact of a claim, not just the here and now. This is where our personal service and dedicated Account Executive offers its greatest value. We can advise, negotiate and help with the claim for optimum long term benefit, whilst helping you to prevent any delays. Our experience gives you the peace of mind to know your long term interests are protected whilst ensuring you’re up and running again as soon as possible.
